Living a Fully-Integrated Active Lifestyle

To live a "fully-integrated" active lifestyle, looking at the WHOLE picture is important: exercise + proper body alignment (chiropractic care) + massage + acupuncture and even skincare...especially as you age, are essential for good health.

Everything in the body is related, yet people tend to focus on the separateness of each part rather than the whole. One must understand the value of communication with all of yourself so you can better inform your practitioners, trainers, and physicians, about your needs.  That way, the treatments and services you receive from them can be in concert and supportive of each other.
